Not once did any “expert” speak to the Middle Eastern countries where for decades they had no video raster displays, didn’t have TV, workstations, didn’t even have electricity, yet have massacred each other from time in memorial battles over land ownership.
Many learned people who play raster displays don’t use activity as a justification to harm others because they are so busy contending online or too engaged in the challenge of beating their best levels or maybe their friends high scores.
